Equipped with the insights from the research stage, we delivered a business & technology strategy to guide each business units global expansion, operations, and technology.
One standout achievement was accelerating a key portion of their seven-year ERP implementation. This pivotal project, designed to track parts, materials, and equipment, was streamlined under our guidance, enabling the rollout of essential functionality in under a year—six years ahead of schedule.
